2010 is the year of 60th anniversary celebration of China's carbon black industry. China is the earliest producer of carbon black in the world, but the establishment and development of China's modern carbon black industry has a history of only 60 years. For over half a century, China's carbon black industry has been growing from young to grown-up, from weak to strong. Nowadays, carbon black and silica industry in China is developing rapidly and soundly, attracting a lot of attention from the world. From 2007 on, the yearly production of China's carbon black has been continuously two years the first in the world. However, impacted by the global financial crisis in 2008, China's tire and rubber industry are suffering a great loss, resulting in a severe negative impact on China's carbon black industry. China's carbon black industry is playing a vital role in world carbon black industry. What is the developing course of China's carbon black industry? What will China's carbon black industry do to tide over the difficulty? How will the impacted China's carbon black industry develop? All these are the concern of world carbon black industry. In the face of current difficulty, China's carbon black industry is also looking forward to having extensive exchange and communications with world carbon black industry and fully drawing on the successful experience of carbon black industry development from different countries, so as to cope with current difficulty and achieve rapid and sound development of China's carbon black industry.
Carbon Black China As the most influential academic conference on carbon black in China, Carbon Black China (CBC) has been held successfully for 11 sessions (one session every two years). After over 20 years of meticulous efforts, Carbon Black China has been a platform for information exchange favored by carbon black industry at home and abroad and relevant industries, playing an increasingly important role in promoting development of global carbon black industry.
Carbon Black China 2010 & 60th Anniversary Celebration of China's Carbon Black Industry (abbreviated as Carbon Black China 2010) will attract nearly 100 carbon black/silica producers, material/equipment suppliers, institutes and colleagues to attend the conference. Presentations and papers cover keynotes, economy, technology, products quality, energy conservation and environment protection etc. More than 30 excellent presentations will be provided. Some elites, senior experts and representative of industrial organizations in world carbon black industry will be invited to make key-note presentations to guide China's carbon black industry out of plight as soon as possible and integrate into the world so as to promote the sound development of global carbon black industry.
Carbon Black China 2010 will provide an opportunity of exchange and discussion for carbon black producers and suppliers of materials, equipment as well as feedstock oil to seek effective methods of jointly dealing with financial crisis and to explore the up-to -date development of carbon black industry and after-plight development strategy.
